I. Requirements:
Regular customers who have stayed at the Xiamen International Seaside Hotel or consumed in hotel restaurants may apply for the members of International Seaside Hotel and the Haifeng Card

II. Application:
The application form is available at the Front Desk, Guest Relations Officer Counter of the Hotel. Please fill out the form and attach your signature. If you meet our requirements, we will send you the Haifeng Card and the owner's manual within 15 workdays after receiving your application form.

III. Instructions:
Only card owners are entitled to the use of the Card. No borrowing or lending shall be allowed
When checking in or checking out, please show your Haifeng Card so that we can read your data from the card and add to your credits. Otherwise, you will not enjoy the favorables and your consumption made will not be counted in your cumulative credits
In case there is any change in your address or personal information, please notify us in time so as to ensure a timely delivery of all materials that we send you
Please notify your card number when booking a room or a table so that we can be at your service

IV. Favorable Terms
12% discount for the a la carte at the restaurants (beverage, bird's nest, abalones, shark's fin, Fo Tiao Qiang and service charge excluded)
15% discount for laundry service
20% discount for sole massage, billiard and chess & card room service in Tianxin Club; 25% discount for SPA therapy (beverage excluded)
Complimentary flowers and fruit in guest room
Complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport. (The time and location of shuttle bus is scheduled, and it is required to book the service thirty minutes ahead of schedule)
One complimentary piece of daily local newspaper
Complimentary use of fitness facilities at the hotel
Complimentary access to the Internet at the Business Center
Complimentary late check out until 14:00 pm subject to the room availability on the check out day
Complimentary guest room upgrade subject to the room availability on the check in day (only for standard room to superior room, and sea-view room to deluxe sea-view room)

V. Credit Rewards
Credits are calculated on the basis of your consumption amount
Consumption on room: RMB 2 = 1 point
Consumption on meal: RMB 5 = 1 point
Customers who gather 2000 credits will be complimented with one coupon value of RMB200. (For guest room, food & beverage service only, without invoice)
Customers who gather 5000 credits will be complimented with one coupon value of RMB 500. (For guest room, food & beverage service only, without invoice)
Customers who gather 10000 credits will be complimented with 1 night stay in a Deluxe Sea-view room (with 2 pieces of buffet breakfast at Seaside Cafeteria & Lounge) and one coupon value of RMB400 or with one coupon value of RMB1000 (For guest room, food & beverage service only, without invoice)

VI. Conversion of Credits:
If you would like to convert your credits into credit rewards, please inform Room Reservation Department and we will send the appropriate rewards to you within 3 workdays
After the completion of conversion of credits, this part of credits record will be returned to zero immediately

VII. Haifeng Gold Card
I. Requirements
Customers whose total credits of Haifeng Card are over 40,000 points or who stay in the Hotel over 50 times
This card is a registered card

Complimentary application for a Haifeng Gold Card of the International Seaside Hotel
A Haifeng Gold Card owner is the lifetime owner of Gold Card of the International Seaside Hotel
Complimentary hotel regular artistic manual of hotel publicized in the guest room
One complimentary coupon to stay in Deluxe Sea-view room (2 pieces of breakfast at most)

Apart from enjoying the favorable discounts for Haifeng Card owners, the Haifeng Gold Card owners enjoy the following special privilege when stay in the Xiamen International Seaside Hotel every time:

15% discount for the consumption at the Business Center

VIIII. Loss of the Haifeng Card:
In case that your Haifeng Card is lost or stolen, please contact us at once for getting a new card with the payment of RMB 50

X. Restrictions:
Credit rewards and favorable discounts do not apply to meetings, wedding banquets, banquets, tourist teams and take-out services
The card is not applicable during the period of CIFIT, big conferences & exhibitions, golden week, Christmas, Valentines' Day and public holidays
In case that you are not able to notify your arriving date or flight number, we will not guarantee the room reservation, and your room reservation will only be held till 18:00 p.m. of your estimated arriving date
The favorable discount and credit rewards for the card cannot be used together with other promotion at the same time
Only the card owner is entitled to use the card

IV. Conversion of Credits

The credits consumed in the Yunhai Resort can be converted into credit rewards only in the Yunhai Resort

V. Other terms are the same as the service terms of Haifeng Card of the International Seaside Hotel
